Basic-Training

The focus of this training is to learn the handling of SIGMASOFT®. Various exercises help to answer the following questions:

• Introduction to SIGMASOFT®
  • How is the Graphical User Interface (GUI) structured and how do I use it?

• The data structure of SIGMASOFT® projects
  • Where do I find the projects and how do I manage them?

• Preparing geometries for simulation
  • When can I use SIGMASOFT® to create CAD and when do I need a CAD system

• Mesh generation
  • Why can a 3D mesh in SIGMASOFT® show errors and still be good for my simulation?

• Defining the process
  • What do I have to enter to reproduce my process in SIGMASOFT®?

• Visualization of results/ Result perspective
  • How do I read, interrelate and interpret the results?

The courses are limited to a maximum number of 6 trainees and the SIGMA Academy is equipped with state of the art hardware, both to ensure a productive learning environment. Trainees will be able to set up projects in SIGMASOFT® and transfer the conclusions to their own processes.
